The saga of United’s young midfielder Paul Pogba has not progressed, with the 18-year old refusing to sign an extension with the Red Devils. This has attracted several suitors, from England as well as from abroad.
Serie A side Juventus are looking to take advantage of the delicate situation at Old Trafford, and are poised to make a summer bid in order to try and lure the youngster to Italy.
Pogba’s contract will expire in the summer, making him a free agent, and enabling him to talk to clubs interested in his services. He has time and again been linked to Premier League sides Arsenal and Chelsea, as well as Juventus’ rivals AC Milan and Inter Milan. Italian newspaper Tuttosport report that Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola will be engaging into negotiation talks with Juventus this week to strike a deal.
