Chelsea star Eden Hazard will be a much sought-after man this summer, given his side’s failure to qualify for the Champions League next season.
The 27-year-old winger should be approaching his best form in the next few campaigns and won’t want to spend his prime period in Europe’s secondary competition.
Real Madrid have been linked with Hazard, whose contract is due to expire in two years and the player recently issued a warning to the Blues’ hierarchy, claiming he wants to see new signings before deciding whether to sign a new deal.
Asked about his future, the Belgium international said: “It’s a big decision, that’s why I’m taking my time… but one thing for sure is I’m happy here.
“I’m waiting for new players next season. We will see.
“I want good players, I want to win the Premier League next season.”
