Now that's a bid I never expected according to SkySportsNews. Chelsea have had a bid for Victor Moses turned down in recent days but ARE expected to make an improved offer shortly. Moses is 21 and had his best season in the Premier League last term scoring six goals in 37 appearances. Moses played a huge part in Wigan's revival towards the end of last season on the wing and became such an influential player for them.
