Chelsea’s newest buy, German Marko Marin has revealed that he is glad to have turned down the likes of Tottenham and instead opt to join the Blues, claiming that Chelsea is his ‘dream club’.
Chelsea officially announced on Saturday that they have completed the signing of German international Marin from Werder Bremen on a five-year contract. The capture of the youngster will give Chelsea a much needed attacking boost in their wide areas.
The 23-year old wideman, who featured for the German national team during the FIFA World Cup 2010 in South Africa, had been on the radar of English clubs like Tottenham and Liverpool, but Chelsea have beaten the duo to the attacker’s signature.
