Fabio Capello has made three changes for England’s crucial final World Cup group C match against Slovenia this afternoon, with Tottenham’s Jermaine Defoe, Aston Villa’s James Milner and West Ham’s Matthew Upson all coming in to the side in-place of Emile Heskey (Aston Villa), Aaron Lennon (Tottenham) and Jamie Carragher (Liverpool, suspended).
