According to sources in West London, Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas has decided to sign at least one player during the ongoing January transfer window, and the latest name to be linked with the Blues is that of Chilean defender Igor Lichnovsky.

Igor, at the young age of 17, made his first team debut for the Universidad de Chile this season, and has been rated highly by the scouts in and around Europe.
