Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas has talked about him being younger affects his professional behavior, and how lack or professional playing time means he cannot be a dictator at the club.
The Portuguese has had a rough first season in the Barclays Premier League; 4th in the league and the scare of losing a UEFA Champions League qualification place has started to trouble the Blues faithful.
