FC Porto midfielder Joao Moutinho has declared his interest in playing in the Barclays Premier League next season, and Chelsea could be the club to make that happen.

Moutinho has always attracted attention from top European clubs, including Arsenal, but spent his youth career at Sporting Lisbon. He has scored a total of 3 goals in 48 appearances ever since he made the move to Porto in 2010.
