Chelsea Defender Luiz is happy with the signing of the English international defended Gary Cahill and believes he is just the right person for the club at the moment
Former Benfica player believes Cahill, who has been brought as a replacement for the injured Blues skipper John Terry, comes to the club at the right time and will be a vital acquisition.
