Arsenal have reportedly been eyeing Cuenca and Tello as part of  Wenger’s youth transfer policy. Gunners’ other targets include Fiorentina’s Matija Nastasic and Lille forward Eden Hazard, but the £30m fee the French club want for the latter may be too much.
